Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We are based in the United States.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? / WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) of Purchase. For arrival, your order should take between 10-20 business days to arrive at your doorstep when dispatched. For some custom Jewelry pieces, shipping time may take longer and details about such products can be found in the product description. You will receive tracking information on your E-mail, Facebook Messenger and alternatively you can check your tracking on "My Account" on the website.
 

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PARCELS/ PACKAGES?

Usually we do split large orders in to multiple parcels. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one package. The rest is on the way. We do so to maintain quick delivery of items as soon as they are made available.

JGNY is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.
